Registration

1. Registration commences on March 28^th , 2024, and must be completed online via the official conference website: www.ybwk8tt.com/2024/
2. The registration fee covers conference materials and lunch vouchers. Registration fees are waived for plenary lecture speakers, invited guests, symposium speakers and chairs. Speakers are required to register online and submit their abstracts.
3. Registration Fees

*Notice:

1. Members eligible for discounted registration fees are those who have paid their membership dues as per the payment records.
2. Students eligible for discounted registration fees must be full-time postgraduate students and are required to upload a copy of their student ID during registration.
3. Post-doctoral researchers and laboratory technicians do not qualify as students.
4. Membership fees (from 2024 to 2026): 
   Members: 300 RMB; 
   Student members: 150 RMB. 
   A receipt for the membership dues of national social organizations will be provided.

4. Cancellations

• Full refundable: before May 31^st, 2024;
• 50% refundable: June 1st, 2024 to July 31^st, 2024;
• Non-refundable: after August 1^st , 2024.

5. Payment of registration fee

UnionPay (Please ensure "Mobile & Online Banking" features are activated), credit card, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are accepted.

6. Invoice of registration fee

1. An electronic Beijing VAT Invoice will be issued, while paper copies can be provided for enterprise or collective contributions.
2. Attendees must confirm their identity before making the payment.
3. Registration fee invoices can be issued via the official website from August 12th to August 19th and from August 22nd to September 15th, 2024 (weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
4. Attendees must accurately fill in the invoice header and tax ID number, as invoices are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please ensure your mobile phone and email are available for further contact.
5. Membership fees will be invoiced by the finance department of CAPS.
